Let&#8217;s discover all the new features together!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>SUMMARY<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"#calendar-module\">The new In-recruiting Calendar module<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#graphic-restyling\">Graphic restyling of the module<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#multi-calendar\">Multi-calendar<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#calendar-sharing\">Sharing your calendar with colleagues<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#synchronize-calendar\">Synchronising calendars<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#automatic-interview-scheduler\">Automatic interview scheduler<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#additional-functionalities\">Additional functionalities of the new In-recruiting Calendar<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"calendar-module\">The new In-recruiting Calendar module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Jobdescription-library, it can take more than a month <strong>before a candidate is invited for an interview <\/strong>and, on average, the estimated time is about<strong> 2.5 weeks <\/strong>between the time of application and interview. <br>One might ask: is it really necessary to take that long?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s think about it: in addition to the time it takes to screen CVs and search for candidates, before scheduling an interview, recruiters need to contact candidates, assess their availability, consult their own calendar and compare it with that of their colleagues, and finally schedule an appointment&#8230; all in the hope of not having to repeat the process when re-planning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to<strong> simplify the management of calendars<\/strong> and the <strong>scheduling of interviews and appointments<\/strong>, over the past few months we have been working on developing a new and <strong>updated version of the <em>Appointments <\/em>module<\/strong>. The new <strong><em>Calendar <\/em>module<\/strong> of In-recruiting brings with it many new features, from the graphical interface to new functions that are really useful for recruiters. Here are the main new features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Graphic restyling<\/li><li>Multi-calendar<\/li><li>Calendar sharing<\/li><li>Calendar synchronisation<\/li><li>Automatic interview scheduler <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"graphic-restyling\">Graphic restyling of the module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>restyling <\/strong>work has given a new look to the In-recruiting <em>Calendar<\/em>, improving its appearance in terms of <strong>UX<\/strong> (User Experience) and <strong>UI<\/strong> (User Interface).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>UI layout is more modern<\/strong>, <strong>fresh <\/strong>and <strong>attractive<\/strong>, and the <strong>design <\/strong>is in <strong>harmony <\/strong>with the graphics of the entire software. The restyling aims to improve <strong>usability <\/strong>and make the recruiter&#8217;s navigation, experience and work itself more <strong>intuitive<\/strong>, <strong>fluid <\/strong>and <strong>functional<\/strong>, even from mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The improvements are visible on the calendar, which from now on will make it possible to <strong>filter appointments<\/strong> (by week, month, year, day, included in a given time interval or created with the <em>Propose Dates<\/em> function) and <strong>manage all calendars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"multi-calendar\">Multi-calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the many new features accompanying the release of the new <em>Calendar <\/em>module, it will now be possible to <strong>manage multiple calendars simultaneously and directly in the software<\/strong>. In fact, each company user will be able to create up to <strong>10 calendars<\/strong> and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>edit the calendars and distinguish them by colour<\/li><li>enable or disable visibility of each calendar<\/li><li>share calendars with colleagues and other users<\/li><li>choose which calendar to associate an appointment with when creating it.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/multi_calendario.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27819\" width=\"892\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/multi_calendario.png 1783w, https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/multi_calendario-700x333.png 700w, https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/multi_calendario-1024x487.png 1024w, https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/multi_calendario-768x365.png 768w, https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/multi_calendario-1536x731.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 892px) 100vw, 892px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"calendar-sharing\">Sharing the calendar with colleagues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This functionality is particularly useful for scheduling interviews and appointments. Thanks to the possibility of <strong>sharing calendars with colleagues<\/strong>, recruiters can get to know and assess their commitments and availability in advance before setting appointments. This optimises organisation and limits re-planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each user will then be able to share their calendar with their colleagues and, if they choose, define whether to show:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>all information<\/li><li>only the title of appointments<\/li><li>only occupied slots<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"synchronize-calendar\">Synchronising calendars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new <em>Calendar <\/em>will also allow users to <strong>automatically synchronise their personal calendar<\/strong> (Microsoft Exchange, Google Calendar or iCloud) with their In-recruiting calendar and vice versa. The synchronisation is immediate, meaning that updates and changes to calendars will take place in real time and can be consulted at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like calendar sharing, <strong>synchronisation <\/strong>also helps recruiters (and business users) <strong>optimise appointment scheduling<\/strong>. While the former makes it easy to check the availability of colleagues, the latter cross-references one&#8217;s own work schedule with one&#8217;s personal schedule for better time management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"automatic-interview-scheduler\">Automatic interview scheduler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another new feature released with the <em>Calendar <\/em>module concerns the <strong>automatic appointment scheduler<\/strong>, which allows a link to be sent to candidates by which they can choose their interview date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This functionality allows, like Calendly, to <strong>schedule appointments quickly<\/strong> <strong>and easily<\/strong> by choosing a date from a number of indicated slots. Recruiters indicate their availability, thus <strong>avoiding overlapping appointments<\/strong>, and involve candidates in the appointment planning themselves by letting them make the choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/scheduler-appuntamenti.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27815\" width=\"888\" height=\"531\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/scheduler-appuntamenti.png 888w, https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/scheduler-appuntamenti-669x400.png 669w, https:\/\/staging.in-recruiting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/scheduler-appuntamenti-768x459.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 888px) 100vw, 888px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating the appointment, in fact, the recruiter will be able to indicate certain time slots in which he\/she is available and the duration, and <strong>entrust the candidate with the choice of date for the interview<\/strong>.
